    Except in relation to the description of products and services available to order from our website, we do not guarantee the entire accuracy of any information provided on the website. 

    Dank Nation does not accept liability for any of the opinions expressed in, or content of, product reviews, blogs or other comments, or photographs that are shown on this site.  The fact that third party opinions and comments are displayed does not mean they are endorsed, favored or recommended by Dank Nation or any employee. 

    Please read the instructions, manuals and other user documentation that comes with your products carefully.  Dank Nation is not involved in the manufacture of products and will not advise on their use or operation of the manufacturers’ guidelines.  You are urged to use all products safely and according to the manufacturers’ guidelines.

    Returns 


    Before placing an order, ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. If your order gets returned to our office, we will be happy to re-send it*.

    However, if it's not returned, we cannot take responsibility and won't be able to re-send it free of charge under any circumstances.

    * If an order is placed with the wrong shipping address, or if delivery instructions are insufficient, or if no one is available at the address during the delivery window, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping.

    Returns:

    If you wish to return purchased goods, contact us first by reaching out to your account manager or emailing us at info@danknation.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Items sent back without prior consent from Tiger One will be sent back at your expense.

    Returned goods must:

    Be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

    Include your name and order number.

    Once confirmed, send the items to our postal address. Please use a recorded delivery service, as returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend an insured delivery method to avoid issues, but we won't accept extra charges for premium services.

     

    Damaged/Faulty Goods

    In the rare occurrence of receiving damaged or faulty goods*, reach out to us promptly. Provide CLEAR pictures and your order number to your account manager or email us at info@danknation.co .

    We'll cover the postage costs for returning items to us. Please use a recorded delivery service, as returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend an insured delivery method to avoid issues, but we won't accept extra charges for premium services.

    Replacement goods or refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

    * We cannot guarantee seeds, as they are sold strictly as collectable adult genetic preservation souvenirs. However, for vaporizers and non-seed items, a manufacturer's guarantee may accompany the product. Should a product be damaged or encounter issues within the manufacturer's warranty period, kindly reach out to us.

     

    Refunds:

    We refund the cost of returned goods; however, shipping costs are non-refundable. Return costs are only refunded for faulty or damaged items.

    Refunds are issued by crediting your card, Bank / Wire Transfer, Bitcoin or by cheque, depending on the original payment method.

    Expect refunds within 14 days of us receiving your return.

     

    Promotions 


    All promotions are subject to stock. At times we may run out of the advertised breeders and strains. In the event that this happens, we shall replace the promotional items with other promotional stock. 

     

    Damaged / Faulty Goods 


    In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may send it back for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above. 

    Items should only be returned using your country’s national postal service. We recommend using an insured delivery method; however, we will not accept extra charges for guaranteed next day services or other courier services. 

    Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 14 days of receipt of your return.

    Exchanges

     
    If you would like to exchange your item(s) for different products in our range, please contact us first, within 14 days of receiving your order. 

    Returned goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Please detail which item(s) you would like to receive as a replacement. 

    We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. If you paid with an alternative method, you will need to cover any extra cost before the replacement goods are shipped. If the replacement goods’ cost is lower than your returned goods, you will be refunded the difference, minus the shipping costs. 

     

    Refunds 


    We will refund the cost of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    We do not refund the cost of returning the goods, except for returning faulty or damaged goods. 

    Refunds will be made by crediting your card or by a cheque, depending on the method used for payment. 

    Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return. 

    Copyright And Trade Marks 
    Dank Nation does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them. The copyright in Dank Nation and the content of all the software, website and pages relating to the Dank Nation website is owned by, or licensed to Dank Nation.  It may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent. Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of Dank Nation, all photographs on it and its marketing materials. 

    You may use Dank Nation content for private and non-commercial use only i.e. to view, copy and print portions of Dank Nation content for the sole purpose of placing orders. 

    Dank Nation and our logos are trade names or trade marks of Dank Nation and may not be used by anyone else without our express permission. The trade marks of the brands sold on Dank Nation belong to their respective owners.

    Dank Nation has tried to make the descriptions (including all pictures) of the products as accurate as possible but you should check the dimensions stated on Dank Nation or contact us for exact sizes, in case of clothing items. Dank Nation will carry out its services with reasonable skill and care but does not give any guarantees in respect of other person’s services. 

    Dank Nation makes no promise that the use of Danknation.co will be uninterrupted or error free.  Our website is provided on an ‘as available’ basis.  In the event of technical errors we will do our best to repair them as quickly as possible.
